The Embroidered Easy Top
A relaxed take on everyday dressing. This top is cut in a soft A-line silhouette with subtle volume through the body. Made from lightweight cotton, it features delicate all-over embroidery with a clean band collar and minimal placket.

Size Chart
We provide free delivery over Rs 1000 for our products in India. For orders till 999, flat Rs. 100 is charged.
The dispatch time is 3 days. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days after dispatch depending on where you are located.
This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamaties & other unavoidable circumstances.You shall receive a confirmation email of your order and another email from us after your order is dispatched containing tracking information.
Return
If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at orders@etreonline.in or Whatsapp/Call us on: 8384029045 within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
Outfits on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Only size exchange is possible.
When possible logistcally, we will arrange a pick-up from your place. Customer can also ship the product back to the etre office at their own costs & responsibility within 7 days of receipt of the product. We have two options for processing refunds: -
- Store Credit - Provide you a coupon for the amount, which you can use on the website. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
- Bank Refund - We refund the amount minus Rs. 100/- per outfit (adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per product in your bank account or Paytm or UPI account.
If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand.
Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Exchange
Customer can exchange any product once. In case customer requires exchange of size then they must contact us within 7 days of the product being delivered. He/she can courier the outfit back to us and once received the exchange outfit will be dispatched. There are no additional charges for exchange.
Reverse Pickup & Courier Policy

Alterations / Exchanges:
Up to 2 requests allowed per order.
– 1st reverse pickup: Free
– 2nd reverse pickup: ₹100 chargeable -
Refunds:
Reverse pickup will be arranged by us; ₹100 will be deducted as reverse pickup & processing charges. -
Reverse pickup is subject to PIN code serviceability. If not supported by our courier partner, the product must be self-shipped by the customer at their own cost.
