Return & Replacement Policy
Return
If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at orders@etreonline.in or Whatsapp/Call us on: 8384029045 within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel. We will arrange a pick-up from your place.
Customer can also ship the product back to the etre office at their own costs & responsibility within 7 days of receipt of the product. We have two options for processing returns: -
- Store Credit - Provide you a coupon for the amount, which you can use on the website. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
- Bank Refund - We refund the amount minus Rs. 100/- per outfit (adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per product in your bank account or Paytm or UPI account.
If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand.
Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Exchange
In case customer requires exchange of size then they must contact us within 7 days of the product being delivered. He/she can courier the outfit back to us and once received the exchange outfit will be dispatched. There are no additional charges for exchange.
