Every piece is made to order, so we're happy to adjust the fit for you – a longer or shorter bottom, a bigger armhole, sleeve or top length, or a different top and bottom size. Just add it in your order note at checkout, or WhatsApp your measurements to +91 83840 29045, and we'll stitch it to fit. Fit adjustments keep our usual exchange and return policy. (We can't change the design itself – necklines, sleeve styles or details stay as shown.)

Shipping is free on all orders across India. Cash on Delivery is available, and prepaid orders get an extra 5% off.
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 days and usually reach you 6–10 days after you order, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Return
If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at orders@etreonline.in or Whatsapp/Call us on: 8384029045 within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
Outfits on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Only size exchange is possible.
When possible logistcally, we will arrange a pick-up from your place. Customer can also ship the product back to the etre office at their own costs & responsibility within 7 days of receipt of the product. We have two options for processing refunds: -
- Store Credit - Provide you a coupon for the amount, which you can use on the website. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
- Bank Refund - We refund the amount minus Rs. 100/- per outfit (adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per product in your bank account or Paytm or UPI account.
If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand.
Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Exchange
Customer can exchange any product once. In case customer requires exchange of size then they must contact us within 7 days of the product being delivered. He/she can courier the outfit back to us and once received the exchange outfit will be dispatched. There are no additional charges for exchange.
Reverse Pickup & Courier Policy

Alterations / Exchanges:
Up to 2 requests allowed per order.
– 1st reverse pickup: Free
– 2nd reverse pickup: ₹100 chargeable -
Refunds:
Reverse pickup will be arranged by us; ₹100 will be deducted as reverse pickup & processing charges. -
Reverse pickup is subject to PIN code serviceability. If not supported by our courier partner, the product must be self-shipped by the customer at their own cost.
